WA is a programme which provides publications, online video tutorials, online discussion groups, LIVE classes, tools and materials for educational and informational purpose only.

WA is in no way a solicitation or offer to sell securities or investment advisory services and is not intended to be a source for professional advice. Therefore no consideration is made towards your individual financial circumstances.

All contents presented within WA is not to be regarded as personal investment advice. Users should always seek the advice of an appropriately qualified professional before making any investment decisions. Trading securities involves risk, so you must always use your own best judgment when trading securities.

Payment

Full payment must be made before Day 1 of WA LIVE class to secure your seat.

  • Kindly make crossed cheques payable to “Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group Pte Ltd”.
  • Deposit made is non-refundable.

Possible Administrative Fees

  • An administrative fee of SGD 200 will be charged if credit card instalment plan is cancelled.
  • An administrative fee of up to SGD 200 will be charged for full refund requests made after enrollment.

Strictly no refunds will be allowed once access is given to the online learning videos at wealthacademyonline.teachable.com and wealthacademyglobal.com before your attendance of the LIVE class.

LIVE Class Attendance

Please attend all days of WA. If you are absent on Day 1 of WA without prior notice, your application will be deemed as withdrawn and no refund will be made. If you are not able to attend, please inform us of your postponement at least 14 days before Day 1 of WA. Otherwise, an administrative fee of SGD 200 will be charged.

No cancellation is allowed within 14 days before Day 1 of WA, but you are welcome to send a relative or friend to replace you. In such case, please inform us in advance.

You are allowed to postpone your attendance for up to two times within 365 days from your date of enrolment.

Applications are valid for 2 years only. After the validity period, any payments made will be forfeited. Special appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

LIVE Class Re-Attendance

Re-attendance seats per intake are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please register in advance to secure your seat. You can purchase future editions of the programme manual at the prevailing fee. Re-attendance privilege is unlimited, until programme is discontinued. If such plans are made, you will receive our email notice three months in advance.

Video Tutorials and its Access

The access to our video tutorials is intended for individual, non-commercial use only. No content owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by us may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded (other than what we specify), shared, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, or sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose. Content that we make available to you should only be used on a single computer for your personal, non-commercial, home use only, and provided that you keep intact all copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights notices, do not modify any of the content and do not use any content in a manner that suggests an association with any of our products, services or brands. Your use of our content on any other website or computer environment is strictly prohibited.

Content

We reserve the right to change, modify or discontinue any content or any portion or feature of WA. Such changes may include, but are not limited to, ceasing to provide access to a feature (and/or providing an alternative to you as a replacement), or changing the terms of engagement for a feature. We may make these changes or modifications at our sole discretion, either temporarily or permanently, at any time or from time to time, with or without notice to you. You agree that AKLTG shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such change or modification of the content and that your continued use of the changed or modified content, and/or continued access to the changed or modified content, constitutes your acceptance of any such changes or modifications.

Bonus Materials

  • Bonus materials are reserved for participants who have made full payment. Bonus materials (e.g Vouchers) must be returned in its full value if a full refund is requested. Bonus materials are not exchangeable for cash. AKLTG reserves the right to replace bonus materials with items of similar value.
  • They serve as additional support for WA students.
  • All students must adhere to the rules of conduct. Any violation of rules will result in revocation of access.
  • Rules of conduct can be found in the relevant groups and channels.
  • All discussion and information shared in these groups are for educational purpose only; they are based on individual opinion and NOT to be taken as investment recommendations or advice. Users MUST do their own due diligence before making any investment decision.

Telegram Groups and Channels

  • They serve as additional support for WA students.
  • All users must adhere to the rules of conduct - any violation of rules will result in revocation of access. Rules of conduct can be found in the relevant groups and channels.
  • As part of the aforementioned rules of conduct, users MUST use their full real name in their Telegram profiles, and also upload a display picture that clearly shows their face. This is to curb any online trolling attempts AND provide a highly conducive continued learning environment for our chat group participants.
  • All discussion and information shared in these groups are for educational purpose only; they are based on individual opinion and NOT to be taken as investment recommendations or advice. Users MUST do their own due diligence before making any investment decision.

Non-Competition

You must not, directly or indirectly, conduct, advertise, promote or solicit any business activity in competition with WA, otherwise, AKLTG reserves the right to revoke your participation and terminate your privileges in WA, including any post-programme support.

Intellectual Property Rights

AKLTG is the sole legal and beneficial owner of all intellectual property rights in relation to WA, including (but not limited to) training materials, live seminars and video recordings. Any unauthorised reproduction without the written consent of AKLTG will be considered an infringement of the intellectual property rights of AKLTG.

Non-Disclosure

Any material (digital or printed) you may receive from AKLTG is proprietary, copyrighted and developed specifically for AKLTG’s participants’ personal use. Any disclosure to a third party is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality

You consent to your presence in any audio, video or photographic recordings officially arranged by AKLTG, and you understand that AKLTG may use such recordings for commercial, educational or promotional purposes. AKLTG shall have the right to reproduce, advertise and publicise your participation in these recordings without compensation to you.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with programme and content is to stop using the content and sites. AKLTG is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, under any theory of liability, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, use, data, or loss of other intangibles. In particular, and without limitation, AKLTG will not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from your use of or inability to use the sites or content.

Termination of account and Violation

AKLTG reserves the right to suspend, cancel and terminate the access to WA programme and all its privileges of any user who violates the terms and conditions or otherwise posts, submits, or disseminates content that AKLTG finds, in its sole discretion, to be objectionable.

Amendment to Terms of Service

AKLTG reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service for any changes. You agree that your continued use of the Content constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Service as amended.
